2016 Well whats left to say. It's been one for the record books. Ive spent more time living out of a bag than any year before and more time away from my family than I care to recall. The challenges have been extreme but its all been in aid of one thing. We started the year putting 'Signal Lights' to tape at Mixmasters Studio in Adelaide then released it at Governor Hindmarsh, a show I will never forget. Toured Australia then onto Europe, the UK and Ireland. Played shows in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Liverpool, Berlin, Nuremberg, Hamburg, Brunswick, Cologne, Leipzig, Teltow, Dublin, Galway and Newcastle Upon Tyne. We saw the first single 'Stab In The Dark' get some serious radio love around Australia. The reality of seeing people in the audience all around the world singing the words is something I never thought I would experience. Then to top off the time away from Australia the second single 'Slainte' and documentary about my move to Dublin reaching over 30,000 views was completely unexpected and so very much appreciated. The incredible ongoing support of the kind folks at Lovin Dublin has been overwhelming. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. As I sit here now at the One&Only Hayman Island with a cold drink in hand about to plug in for the last show of 2016 there is only one emotion that overwhelms. Gratitude. Thank you so much to every single one of you has supported me personally and the music I have made this year. From the seemingly insignificant to the grand and wild I am so grateful to everyone who has been a part of this last year. I am excited for whats to come and happy to have had what 2016 let me hold for a while… Most of all I just feel blessed to be doing what I am doing and being able to share it all with you. All my love happy New Year's wishes…I hope your all spending tonight surrounded by those who set a fire in your soul and make your time here worth living. Hopefully with a strong cocktail in hand.
